Description
The pace of life in modern society is relentless. We all experience anxiety due to the pressure of the social environment and internal expectations to be successful, efficient, and achieve results. Under such conditions, the flow of tasks, jobs, and all activities will not become less. We are and will be attacked by many things that directly or indirectly demand our attention.
Lack of time is one of the stress factors today. If a person cannot manage their time, he or she experiences more and more stress.
In these circumstances, skills that help you regain control in your life become important. Prioritizing, sorting tasks, setting boundaries, communication, concentration, and other skills can help reduce the level of uncertainty in daily activities.
The course is divided into short sub-topics, after which there will be several questions to confirm the information for self-control and other practical tasks, trying to connect the theory to the maximum with practice, or rather your life, and already listening to the course material you will start to apply the knowledge using the provided tools.
